CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may change, and thus, all unshipped orders are subject to cancellation within 24 hours of placement. Please be aware that an administrative fee will be applied, tailored to the specifics of each order to cover the processing fees incurred. These tend to range from 3-4% of order total.

To initiate a cancellation, kindly contact us via email at help@josephinejonesofficial.com, making sure to include your order number and "Cancel Order Enquiry" in the subject line.

Please note that samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation.

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order or wish to make an exchange, please reach out to us at help@josephinejonesofficial.com .

We offer the option of store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package. If you require a different size, kindly reach out to us to inquire about product availability. Should the desired size be in stock at our warehouse, we will reserve it for you. Upon receiving your return, we will promptly ship the exchanged item to the address provided in your original order. Please note that exchanges for alternative styles or colors are not feasible.

Refunds are not processed for returned items under any circumstances. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders, resulting in a full refund to the customer.

For a return to be accepted by our quality control team, the product must be returned in its original condition, complete with its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn, alongside all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Returns sent by mail to our warehouse will undergo processing within 14 business days upon receipt.

Upon approval by our quality control team, your store credit or exchange will be initiated, accompanied by a confirmation email. If the returned item fails to meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you.

For all returns, proof of postage is mandatory. Please email us the tracking number with the subject line "[Your Order Number] - RETURNED".

Kindly note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost or damaged during transit, and we do not refund taxes and duties. Furthermore, a policy restricting the number of exchanges per customer is currently in place.
